Janaya an ambitious entrepreneur and mother of two, is the youngest of four siblings and is determined not to be defined by her circumstances. Growing up in the small town of Bessemer, Alabamo, she developed a taste for the finer things in life, which led her to become entangled with the city’s notorious figures, marking the beginning of her. tumultuous journey toward federal prison.
Her path crossed with Rolando Williamson, also known as “Baldhead,” who had a strong affection for Janaya. As their relationship blossomed, she became increasingly immersed in his lifestyle, enjoying lavish shopping trips and the allure of wealth- though this lifestyle came with grave consequences, as many have learned the hard way raised by her grandmother, Janay was accustomed to luxury, despite her mother’s struggles with addiction and her father’s involvement in drug dealing. She embraced the fast-paced lifestyle and became captivated by the hustle.
Known for her ambition and determination, Janaya was spoiled by a loving aunt who held her in high regard. Although she was a successful business owner with a promising future, Janay found herself
drawn to the thrill of the streets.
Her love for money ultimately led her into a dangerous lifestyle, one that she knew could only result in trouble.
On November 13, her life took a dramatic turn when FBI agents surrounded her home with a warrant for her arrest related to drug trafficking. Facing the repercussions of her actions, Janay was one of 18 individuals indicted alongside Rolando Williamson, identified as the
“Kingpin” in the case. Because of her association with him, she was deemed guilty by association and, on August 21, 2022, was sentenced to 40 months in prison.
On November 29, Janay reported to FCP Aliceville, where she served a brief period before being transferred to FC Alderson to complete her sentence
