A woman who goes big every time and keeps the cash flowing. Grown in Greensboro and Cultivated in Charlotte, Courtney was the go to girl and one stop shop for high end cars, jewelry and electronics. 

Big Kash lived a lavish lifestyle similar to drug dealers or athletes girlfriends however, she was paying her own way. By 2017 she’d racked up 22 felonies in North Carolina and 15 in Virginia. 

She would’ve been unstoppable had it not been for an over ambitious mail inspector who went to extreme lengths to procure a warrant for her cell phone and Courtney was charged in both state courts. She was sentenced to 3 years probation and 9years prison time if she violated. 

Big kash returned to just being Courtney and sailed through the three years probation unscathed. Courtney met a guy fell in love and had her daughter Miliani but Big Kash was clawing her way to the surface. Accustomed to the finer things she began hustling again.Back on top and better than before she was back in the game.

In February of 2022 she applied for a passport in hopes of traveling abroad and a month later received an email stated her passport had been denied and that was when she learned she had a federal warrant for her arrest. 

Flabbergasted and exasperated Kash decided to turn herself into the US Marshalls in Greensboro North Carolina where she was charged, processed and let go on pretrial release.

 Originally prosecutors offered a plea agreement of 33 to 40 months but her lawyer rejected the offers and fought to have the volue of the vehicles she was charged with illegal procuring reassessed. The prosecution had to agree since the cars had been returned and sold. Her plea was reduced to 6 to 12 months. 

On January 6th 2023 Courtney”Big Kash” Swepson was sentenced to 8 months in federal prison for accessing devices. The judge
gave her 60 days to get her affairs in order and on March 9th 2023 Ms. Swepson surrendered herself to Alderson Federal Prison Camp
